Help 'Em Out

From confusion to clarity, from limitation to purpose

At Christ First Learning Lab, we move students out of limiting systems and into environments that build, support, and prepare them for success. Every student deserves to be seen, believed in, and helped out.

Why Christ First Learning Lab?

We don't just teach students—we help them out. We believe every student can learn, grow, and lead. Our mission is to move students out of confusion into clarity, out of low expectations into excellence, and out of being overlooked into purpose.

We focus on reading, writing, thinking, speaking, and purpose—building strong literacy skills while helping students discover their unique identity and potential. Every student receives support based on what they need, from foundational help to intensive one-on-one mentoring.

Our classrooms are Christ-centered spaces where children feel safe, valued, and believed in. We don't just prepare students for the next grade—we help them become who God created them to be.

The Christ First Way

How we teach is as important as what we teach. We create student-driven, constructivist learning environments where discovery leads to purpose.

Constructivist Campus

Students aren't passive listeners—they're active architects of their learning. Through hands-on exploration, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving, students build deep understanding.

Modular Learning

Flexible, focused units meet students where they are. Students progress at their own pace through modules, building mastery in reading, writing, math, and beyond—with time to truly understand, not just move on.

80/20 Instruction Model

80%: Student-driven discovery and exploration with teacher facilitation. 20%: Targeted, direct instruction when students need it most. This is learning through doing, not learning from watching.

Four Pillars of Learning

  • Literacy & Core Academics - Strong foundations in reading, writing, math
  • Social-Emotional Learning - Not an extra—essential to learning and growth
  • Arts Integration - Not an extra—how students unlock creative thinking
  • STEM & Real-World Connection - Math, science, and tech applied to purpose
